Hysterical Among Paul Revere Field Circle S Racer Takes Up 124 Pounds Against Eleven Rivals in Route Fixture BOSTON, Mass., May 22. The second Saturday of racing during Suffolk Downs 60-day meeting will be featured by the seventh running of the ,000 added Paul Revere Handicap, a test of a mile and one-sixteenth for three-year-olds and upward. Although Louis B. Mayers Sir Jeffrey and the Circle S Stables Hysterical, who finished in a dead heat at the end of the Governors Handicap last Saturday, were expected to meet again in this race, only Hysterical was named through the entry box this morning. The Trace Call gelding will carry top weight- of 124 pounds. Sir Jeffrey passed up the race because of track conditions. Eleven were named to toppose the Circle S representative, John L. Sullivans Transfigure and Air Master, John R. Macombers Side Arm, Benjamin F. Listers Bell Tower, Valdina Farms Viscounty, Mrs. Charles E. Nelsons Alaking.Maj. Gustave Rings Cis Marion, Bern Stables Master Henry, Phil Biebers Maechance, Coldstream Stables Tragic Ending and Mrs. Dorothy Roberts Jay Stevens. Fayorite Positions Reversed Transfigure and Air Master will run as the John L. Sullivan entry and Side Arm and Bell Tower will be coupled, as W. E. Collins trains for both John R. Macomber and Benjamin F. Lister. Not only is Maechance entered in the Paul Revere Handicap, but also in the Belmont Handicap, six-furlong supplemental y feature, and he will be scratched from one or the other event tomorrow afternoon. Despite the fact that he is packing top weight, Hysterical will probably be sent to the post as the favorite, because of the fact that he earned a dead heat with Sir Jeffrey in his first outing this year last Saturday. The Circle S representative will probably be ridden by Ted Atkinson, who had the mount on him last week-end. While the John L. Sullivan entry went to the post as the favorite in tle Governors Handicap, they will probably be made the second choice in this event. Air Master, although he had some excellent races in Maryland to recommend him, didnt do much running in the week-end feature and Transfigure made the best showing of this entry.
