Honor General MacArthur CRETE, III., May 22. Gen. Douglas MacArthur will be honored by the Lincoln Fields Jockey Club on June 13 with a special race in conjunction with exercises held the same day by American Legion Post No. 131, of Chicago Heights. Col. Matt J. Winn of Lincoln Fields said a feature event that afternoon - will be named for General Mac-Arthur, and members of the Legion will be invited to attend as guests of the track. The Legions program in Chicago Heights will include addresses by Maj. Gen. Samuel T. Law-ton of the Army, Commander Philip Weaver of the Navy, and Chicagos Mayor Edward J. Kelly. ,
