Lincoln Fields Scratch Time CRETE, III., May 25. Scratch time Saturday morning- at Lincoln Fields, Decoration Day, will be 7:00 a. m., instead of a half hour later, it was announced today by C. Bruce Head, presiding steward. Horsemen were urged to engage riders for that program the evening before, or under any circumstance by 7:00 oclock Saturday morning.
