had nothing left with which to meet the bid of the winner MAELINE went ferwardly placed throughout although unable to close any ground during the final drive JUNCO closed a big gap RED MEADOW moved up on the outside on the backstretch but was unable to close any ground thereafter COUNT COTTON away fast was unable to keep up DATE ACE unseated his rider several times at the post and triSd to run off
