EPIC LADY, rushed into a clear lead early, increased her advantage thereafter, then tired in the late stages. ALEX BOY, never far back, held on well. SPRING GLORY lost ground at the far turn and failed to improve her position thereafter. SHINING CHANCE had no mishaps. POUTER PIGEON was unable to keep up. PRINCE BEILTRO came over on SURGEON DICK and MASCULINE soon after the start, alternating with COlNT TRAIMER at pace-making and was pinched back entering the stretch. COUNT TRAIIMER. inclined to bear out at the turn, held on well when challenged, diifted out entering the stretch and tired. ALBINO was outrun. MASCULINE showed little. Overweight — Albino, 2 pounds. The latter, well back early, was cleverly handled when inclined to bear to the inside ai d just failed to eet up. PLAYFUL PAL, hustled into a good lead, held a nice advantage for a mile and tiied.
