J 1 ! [ HBPAro Be Represented PAWTUCKET, R. I.. April 15.— In future two members of the Horsemens Benevolent and Protective Association will sit in with the Narragansett stewards when trainers licenses are being considered. The I horsemens committee is presided over by John McDowell and consists of Lyle Philips, ! James, Vaughan, Arthur Gaignard. Sr. Harold Simmons and O. L. Foster.
