April 15.— In future two members of the Horsemens Benevolent and Protective Association will sit in with the Narragansett stewards when trainers licenses are being considered. The I horsemens committee is presided over by John McDowell and consists of Lyle Philips, ! James, Vaughan, Arthur Gaignard. Sr. Harold Simmons and O. L. Foster.
