1 1 ! ! l . » • Ex-Rider in Prison Camp SAN MATEO. Calif., April 15.— Freddie e Haughton, trainer of a stable of horses at Bay Meadows, is in receipt of a letter from 1 Tech. Sgt. Victor Ghesquiere, former jockey f who" now is in a German prison camp. Ghesquiere was forced down over Germany 7 with a bomber crew and, through censorship, - he was able to state that he escaped i with a few burns, but otherwise is in good i health. Ghesquiere, a native of France, rode in this country on the flat and also d over the jumps and once was in the employ y of the A. G. Vanderbilt stable. His many y friends in racing will be glad to know that hes alive.
