Change War Bond Admittance Procedure at New York Ovals JAMAICA, L. I., N. Y., April 15.— Following consultation between officials of the Metropolitan Jockey Club and the War Finance Committee of the Treasury Department, the following plan for the War Bond admissions at the track will be put into effect with the races of April 17: Commencing on that day and continuing for the remainder of the meeting. War Bond purchasers must use their complimentary tickets on the day of sale. They will not be honored for any future date. Complimentary tickets will be issued only at the specially designed booths maintained for that purpose outside the entrances. No complimentary tickets will be given out with bond purchases made inside the grounds.
