WISE FATHER drifted out badly en the final turn after impeding ORCLS, came gamely under urging and disposed of NOAHVTLLE in the last sixteenth. The latter reached the lead when settled lor the drive, but couid not withstand the winner. WEAPONS PRIDE held on well in a good eftort and had no mishaps. S. S. GRIER, lacking early speed, finished fast between horses. MEADOW DEW could not tin eaten. ATTESTER tired. ORCUS was forced wide by WISE FATHER at the stretch turn and tailed to lecover. LIGHT TYRANT, much used engaging FOUR QUEENS during the first half, altered when «ct down for the drive. BRIDLE BAR raced evenly and had no excuses. RONALD M. never was dangerous. TEMPLET raced LA SCALA into defeated after three furlongs, then continued gamely under urging to hoid GYPSTER. The latter came to the outside for the drive and finished willingly under punishment. CREAMY came to the inside entering the stretch, then closed strongly. EBRO faltered after racing prominently to the final furlong. LA SCALA gave way after racing well to the Wretch. FLYING SILVER lacked early speed. LEO McLUGHLIN had no excuses and was outrun. DARBY DISMAY, shuffled back after the start, never was a serious factor thereafter. Scratched— 77673 Easy Blend, 116.
