KONA WIND moved forward resolutely, wore down MY ZACA in the drive and was going away at the finish. MY ZACA was hard . yn to overhaul AVIATION CADET and could not hold off the winner. He was tiring badly in the drive. SAYONARA, rushed] up early, gave way, then came attain when too late. ABOVE ALL closed ground late. AVIATION CADET could not keep up. The others were never factors. DIAMOND DICK assumed command at the start, could not cope with the winner, but held the others s.fe! BEAUWOLF had no mishaps. BOUNDARY LIGHT could not keep up. The others lacked speed. YANKEE NOTIONS quickly everhauled ROUTED, showed the way under pressure and held off SWAY. The latter improved his position under urging, moved up from the inside in the drive but could not menace. RED MEADOW made up ground in the stretch. BUD B. had no mishaps. MISS FLYER went with the pace for three furlongs. ROUTED outbroke the field but was done eaily. EBONY BEE could not keep up.
