Girl Seeks Riders License GROVE CITY, Ohio, June 21.— Airs. Wantha Davis, 28-year-old woman rider, hopes to ride at the local meeting. She hails from Chickasha, Okla., and is a veteran saddle artist. Mrs. Davis has applied for a jockey license and is awaiting word on the action taken on her request.
