Checks for Lincolns Charity Card Presented at Luncheon STICKNEY. 111.. June 21.— Mayor Edward J. Kelly of Chicago and Martin H. Kennelly. chairman of the American Red Cross War Fund, received checks totaling 44,119.77. the net proceeds of the charity day card at Hawthorne on Memorial Day. Col. M. J. Winn, executive director of the Lincoln Fields Jockey Club, made the presentation at a luncheon in the track clubhouse today. Present at the luncheon besides Mayor Kelly, Mr. Kennelly and Colonel Winn were Nigel Campbell, collector of internal revenue. Stuyvesant Peabody, president of the Lincoln Fields Jockey Club, and Henry P. Tenney. chairman of the Chicago Chapter of the Red Cross. The Red Cross War Fund check was 6,079.85 and the Service Mens Centers share amounted to 8,039.92.
