Delaware Oaks Eligibles STANTON, Del., June 21.— There is a good possibility that the Delaware Oaks may be the scene for the next meeting of Gallorette, Monsoon, Recce and Elpis. All are eligible for Delaware Parks outstanding filly race and are regarded as very probable starters. Elpis moved to the fore when she trounced Monsoon and Recce in the Coaching Club American Oaks, Wednesday, at Belmont Park.
