Will Westphal Drops Dead STICKNEY, 111., June 21.— Will Westphal, a groom formerly in the employ of Tim Smith, fell dead at Hawthorne yesterday. The Horsemens Benevolent and Protective Association is endeavoring to locate his relatives.
