Eighteen Calumet Farm Horses Arrive at Arlington Park ARLINGTON PARK, Arlington Heights, II!., May 24. — Headed by the three-year-olds, In Earnest and High Shine, the Calumet Farm string of 18 head arrived here at Arlington Park this morning. The shipment came by van from Churchill Downs and was under the supervision of Pinkey Browne, who related that trainer Ben Jones was due in this evening from Louisville to take over the training of the contingent, which will be one of the strongest that will be campaigned at the 36-day meeting opening here on June 17. In Earnest is eligible to the 0,000 Arlington Classic, as well as the 0,000 American Derby, which will be run during the second part of the coordinated season at Washington Park. Others making the trip here from Louisville were Pot o Luck, winner of the Classio last year; Good Blood, Hail Victory, Jezros, Fly Off, Esta Sweep, Padlock, Falseless, Great Spirit, Bull Weed, Churchill, Happiness, Peppy Nell, Fervent, American Song and Romping. Pot o Luck and Hail Victory, who won his last three starts, will probably be seen in the series of important handicap events that will be offered, while the two-year-olds in the establishment are heavily staked in fixtures confined to their own division.
