Claiming Rule Changed FAIR GROUNDS, Detroit, Mich., May 24. — W. J. Dowling, Michigan State Racing Commissioner, today announced the following amendment to the claiming rule: "Persons who have only one horse on initial registration must start said horse at least three times before being eligible to claim and said claim shall not exceed maximum claiming price for which owners horse started in said three starts."
