Frank L Burns Suspension Extended to January 1 1949 1949AKSARBEN AKSARBEN Omaha Nebr June 14 The Nebraska State Racing Commission here Saturday issued the following ruling rulingFor For violation of Rule 221 D of the rules of racing of the Nebraska State Rac ¬ ing Commission as amended it is ordered that ownertrainer Frank L Burns be sus ¬ pended until January 1 1949 and that dur ¬ ing the period of his suspension he be denied all privileges of race tracks under the jurisdiction of the Nebraska State Rac ¬ ing Commission that all horses owned or trained by said Frank L Burns be sus ¬ pended as of this date and are not eligible for transfer or sale without the written consent and approval of this commission commissionIt It is further orderer that upon the re ¬ quest of ownertrainer Frank L Burns hearing on the alleged stimulation of the horse Cowlan June 2 1948 be continued until Tuesday June 29 1948 at 1000 oclock a m at the office of the commis ¬ sion AkSarBen Field Omaha Nebr and that a copy of this order be furnished to said Frank L Burns
