Phillips Training Hard War WASHINGTON PARK, Homewood, 111., June 11. — D. B. Whitehouse, owner of the horse Hard War, whose saliva test was found to be positive following his recent winning race here, turned the seven-year-old son of Hard Tack — Brown Biscuit over to William Phillips to train.
