Padgett Galloping Horses DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., June 11.— Jockey Donald Padgett, one of Delaware Parks leading riders for several years, is galloping horses for trainer "Spec" Dunne of the Bobanet Stable and hopes to return to silks during the last two weeks of the current meeting. Padgett has been absent from actual race riding for more than six months.
