See Vatican Czech Break ROME, Italy, April 29. UP.— Diplomatic sources reported today that the Czechoslovak legation at the Vatican had closed within the week and its top officials had left quietly. Informants said Dr. Uja Rath, Czech dAffaires, and the legation chancellor, Joseph Mimarik, left without benefit of protocol; not bothering to notify the Vatican. Diplomats said such a move practically amounted to a rupture of diplomatic relations between Czechoslovakia and the Vatican.
