Corum Visits Press Box CHURCHILL DOWNS, Louisville, Ky., April 29.— You just cant keep a newspaperman out of the press box — even though he happens to be president of Churchill Downs. Bill Corum, now filling the shoes of the late Col. Matt J. Winn, as a matter of fact, surprised every vital department on the grounds. Once the initial program got under way. Bill abandoned his office-apartment on the grounds and checked personally with all department heads. The boys in the press box were happy to see their former workmate.
