Claiming Rule Changed OMAHA, Neb., June 6.— The Nebraska Racing Commission calls attention to a change in the claiming rules since racing was last conducted at Ak-Sar-Ben. Henceforth, no one may file for a claim unless he has horses actually on the grounds; nor until the claimant shall have actually started at least one horse at the meeting.
