Sbarbaro is familiar with race track parlance, as he indicated in the suit for divorce instituted by Mrs. Clarence Lowe, 21. against her husband, William. 29, a jockey. Mrs. Lowe charged desertion. Addressing the court in behalf of his client, attorney Nicholas Caruso, said: "I dont know whether Your Honor is acquainted with race track phraseology, but Mrs. Lowe was left at the post."
