GIRLSOME, at home in the going, was under steadying restraint until straight in the stretch, moved into command easily when called upon and was not threatened. GERANIUM, always a forward factor, finished stoutly, but was no match for the winner. MEMORY BOSS, sluggish early, went to the outside in the stretch for the drive and closed stoutly. MIDHY had early speed and opened a clear lead, but weakened. LOW BID could not engage the leaders. DOC YAK broke alertly, then dropped out of it suddenly. SPANGLED BELLE, steadied close to the early leaders, moved to the-front readily, but was bearing out at the end. BULL DOG MISS opened a clear lead and saved gwund, but weakened. HASH CALL moved Into closer contention on the turn and closed evenly. JACOPADES finished well. IRONSWEEP was outrun. SEA PIGEON had early speed, but quit badly. BAR GRENADE took a short early lead, saved ground all the way and just failed to last. VALDINA BINA, very slow to settle into stride, closed stoutly. FAIRY TIME was unable to engage the leaders while holding on well. VICTORY MAC quit ZACAPHOTE had early speed while racing prominently, but quit badly. Scratched 007023 Gray Dottie, 108.
