Helis at Garden State Park GARDEN STATE PARK, Camden. N. J., May 10.— William G. Helis made his first appearance at Garden State Park this afternoon, when he witnessed the* running of the New Jersey-Stallion Stakes, in which he was represented by the favored entry of Top Spring and Spartan Valor.
