OFF AT 3:47 EASTERN STANDARD TIME. " Start good from stall gate. Won driving: second and third the same. REMODELED, well ridden, steadily worked way forward to the stretch, responded to punishment during the drive and, disposing of the leaders, won going away. WABASH MOON, never far back, made a good bid during the stretch run, but was unable to withstand the winner. BROOKETTA assumed command soon after the break, made the pace until inside the stretch, then faltered. SENATOR C. M. began fast, but dropped back after the start and raced evenly. ARBUCKLE tired during the drive. FARRELLS FOLLY was outrun. TRIPPING raced greenly. SPOTITRIG had early speed, but failed to stay. PLASTIC MISS raced wide. MONROE J. showed nothing. DOCTOR McCABE, forwardly placed from the start, raced by MISS LAWDY during the stretch urn and drew out to win with speed in reserve. MISS LAWDY assumed command at once, made the pace until inside the stretch, but could not withstand the winner. CATTARAGUS raced wide and could not better his position when set down through the stretch. LETS THlNrT was outrun. HOOPSON could not keep up. ONA PENNANT began sluggishly. SWEEP BOLT, showing marked improvement over recent form, assumed command soon after the start, held a clear lead when settled for the stretch run and lasted to withstand BLUE BADGE. The latter steadily worked way forward, finished willingly under punishment but could not overtake the top one. OCEAN CLIPPER, away sluggishly and outrun to the stretch, closed with a rush. WILD HEIRESS, in close auarters immediately after the break, raced well when clear. CALM BAY tired during the drive PRISSY BOY failed to stay when set down for the drive. BERN KEY had early speed. IDELIBLY was outrun. WAVERLY showed nothina. ALL IS ON was hustled to the front early, raced GRANNY D. into defeat after entering the stretch, then held on gamely to withstand LIBERTY A. The latter gradually worked way forward, closed stronqly under brisk urging and was getting to the top one ■ at the end. BENDANEAR, away slowly and outrun to the stretch, closed fast in the middle of the track RIPTON raced well and had no mishap. MOTHER MORRiS could no tkeep up. GRANNY D. began alertly, engaged ALL IS ON to the final furlong, then weakened. PIXEY SAL had a rough trip. THESIS, caught in close quarters at the upper turn, failed to recover. CASS, forced wide at the three-eighths marker by GAY HENRIETTA, lost all chance. GAY HENRIETTA bo.e out during the last three furlongs. GOLDEN REIGH, lacking early foot, was sent between horses during the drive and finished strongly under punishment. RIP TIDE gave a good effort and had no excuse. FLYING TURKEY was in close quarters during the final furlong. FLORAL TRAIL tired when near the finish. RUTH MURPHY had no mishap. FIGHTING JOHN was outrun. HI-CHROME was never dangerous. CLEANED was far back throughout. GLUE began slowly. OIDENASAI was through early. HENSMBOY raced wide. MISTER PERFECT steadily improved position to the stretch, assumed command when settled for the drive, retained a clear advantage to the finish while under strong handling. BYRONIC lacked early foot and raced wide to the stretch, remained in the middle of the track for the drive and closed resolutely but could not seriously threaten the top one. ROYCE, much used engaging CONVICTED to the stretch, faltered during the drive. DUSTLIGHT, roughed immediately after the start, raced well when clear. SIR WALTER R. began fast but steadily lost qround after the break. CONVICTED raced with ROYCE for a half mile, then gave way. THE PEER gave a dull effort. Scratched— 59855 Broad Cross, 118.
