Foals from a dam by different sires are. A. L. N Chicago. The Dr. Legga bet lost. The coupling was not an ownership,, but on both horses being handled by the same trainer. Subscriber, St. Louis, Mo. The mile record at Toronto is 1:40. At Providence 1 :."!. The short three-quarters at Providence Is 172 feet short. W. F. McN., St. Louis, Mo. Slight rain had fallen, but from the time scored the speed of the track was impaired but little, If any. The bet should be paid.
