MORE TROUBLE. AT LAT0NIA. Cincinnati, O., January 18. J. IL.Kruse, of La-tonia, won the first battle in his litigation begun several months ago, with the view to having the Latonia racecourse opened up for street purposes. In his petition Mr. Kruse set out that several years ago streets were set apart and dedicated through a portion of the land now occupied by the Latonia Agricultural and Stock Association as a racecourse. The petition concluded with a prayer to tbe court to make a decree ordering the Latonia association to vacate the land involved in the litigation, and to remove the fences and other buildings nt present on the property. The Latonia association demurred generally and specifically to the petition, but Circuit Judge Shaw overruled these demurrers yesterday. As the case now stands the litigants will have to fight It out in the courts.
