Start good. Won easily; second the same. Kite Zitt broke running, showed much the most speed and won all the way witii plenty in reserve. Sneer stripped clean today, ran forwardly throughout and outstayed Dresden. The latter liked the going but. under weak handling, tired in the final strides. Little Gregg was knocked back soon after the start, but closed a big gap and finished with a rush. Ollie Burnett ran a fairly good race. Almas Pet showed tine speed, but tired badly near the end. Jacomo ran a good race and will improve. Wilcox, away in a tangle, closed an immense pap in the last furlong. Mayor Johnson showed sudden improvement, moved up steadily from a tangled beginning and lost ground while turning into the stretch but. finishing fast, wore down Mafalda with ease. The latter, away fully in motion, showed keen speed, but tired in the final drive and may have been a bit short. Dave Somiucrs closed a big gap finished fast and got third place in the final stride. Invasion ran a good race. Ben Lear tired fast after going a good half. Dolinda was practically left and suffered from interference. Scratched 0040! Miss Ferris forced the early pace and kept Pickles in close quarters through the stretch, hung on gamely in the final drive and was going fast at the end. Pickles showed fine speed and suffered from slight interference. Lily Brook came from a long way back, but tired in the stretch. O. G. Parke quit badly. Henry O, had no mishaps and ran a fairly good race. Sachem showed a brief flash of speed, but was outclassed here. He ran away three miles after the finish before being pulled up.
