OFFICIALS TO LEAVE NEW ORLEANS. New Orleans. La.. March 13. There will be an exodus of officials from both tracks on March "4 for Washington. Judge Murphy and starter Cassidy will leave City Park and Judge McDowell and Paddock Judge Hall will desert the old track. A majority of the horsemen who intend racing iu the East this season will leave here during the coming two weeks.
