LEXINGTON PROSPECTS ARE BRIGHT, Louisville, Ky., March 23. President Matt J. Winn, of the American Turf Association, has returned from Lexington where he went with Judge Charles F. Price to lay plans for the meeting at the Kentucky Association Course April 23 to May 1. The three stakes to be decided will close on April 2. Prospects for a good meeting are bright, saya Mr. Winn.
