OAKLAND WINNERS HEAVILY SUPPORTED, Graphite and Roycroft Mediums of Big Coups Hard Rains and a Bad Track. San Francisco Cal., March 23. Torrential rains converted the Oakland race course into a canal this afternoon. There were, however, few withdrawals, unusually large fields competing In the majority of the races.
