STILL INVESTIGATING AT CITY PARK. New Orleans, La., March 23. The steeplechase investigation at City Park has not been concluded. According to one of the judges, enough evidence is iu hand to warrant the extreme penalty being meted out to a well-known bookmaker and an equally well-known steeplechase jockey. It is understood that a confession has been obtained from one of the jockeys which implicates several people.
