MUD AT LATONIA CAUSES WITHDRAWALS. Handicap Is Declared Off An Owners Incorrect Watch Causes New Book on the Second Race. Cincinnati, O., June 23. After a hard rain last night, another heavy track confronted Latoulas patrons today. The program as originally announced was fair, but its complexion was considerably changed by withdrawals, there being all told forty-four. Ralberts prowess in the mud caused tho scratching of all others save Battle Creek from the handicap and the race was declared on. Jockey Oregar was fined 0 by the starter for disobedience at the post. Jockey Troxler will leave tomorrow night for New York. He goes to ride Sir Huon in the Advance Stakes at Sheepshead Bay Saturday.
