WILL OPEN AT OAKLAND IN NOVEMBER. Cincinnati, O., June 25. Starter Holtman said today that he bad recently received a letter from Percy AV. Treat, secretary of the New California Jockey Club, informing him that It was President AAilllams present intention to start the racing season the same time as iu former years and he expected all the former employes and ollicials to llll their usual positions. Starter Holtman thinks that the length of the racing season at Oakland this coming winter will be ninety days.
