WILL NOT USE NEW TRACK NEXT SPRING, j While It Is the intention of the Maryland Jockey Club to complete Its new track at Hallthorpe before the coming winter sets in. Secretary Riggs says it is not likely that it will be used until the autumn meeting of 1907. , .. "Our meetings come so early in the Spring that it is not believed wise to attempt to give a Spring meeting there next year," says Secretary Riggs. "Bad weather might start the new track off poorly, and we can afford to wait. The course will be first-class in every particular."
