Baciuette ran in greatly improved form, took the shortest way around and closed a big gap, saved ground when turning into the stretch, finished fast and outgamed Pepper and Salt in the final strides. The latter-ran a good race anil finished resolutely. June Time showed decided improvement and finished with a rush. Moccasin ran well for a half, then tired. Mirabel showed the most early Sliced, but failed to stay. Scratched 03285 Spherical, 105. Overweights June Time, 4 pounds. Voladay ran Into third place at the head of the stretch and was doing his best at the end to stall off the rush of Henry Watterson. The latter finished fast after being outpaced early.
