POOLROOM FINE IS INCREASED. William Welsh entered a plea of guilty to the charge of running a poolroom at Lexington, Ky., and was fined 1906.sh00 in the Circuit Court on Thursday. "The fine heretofore," remarks a Lexington correspondent, "lias been 00. The increase Is not generally understood."
