A FACT APTLY STATED. The singularly good condition of the track at Rockingham Park has attracted the attention of the eastern press to the work of Seth Gritlith, the western track builder, and Billy Myers, the Chieagoau who was superintendent of the Harlem track, who put the Oaklawn plant at Hot Springs into shape and who worked wonders with the old track at New Orleans .last winter. The Morning Telegraph says: "Griffith and Myers might be good men to import to New York. They could teach some of our lo-.il superintendents a bit about handling a racecourse."
