SETH JACOBS IS DANGEROUSLY ILL. Buffalo, N. Y., July 12. Seth Jacobs, of Covington, Ky., one of the best known bookmakers in the west, is dangerously ill here. It is doubtful his physician says, if he will recover. He has been suffering some time from liver and kidney trouble.
