The New England Breeders Club, It is understood, has entered Into an alliance with the trotting interests of New Hampshire with the fixed purpose of- securing the passage of a pool selling law at tlie next session of the New Hampshire legislature. The bill will be framed on the Hues of New Yorks racing law.
