NO EVIDENCE OF DRUGS FOUND. New York. July 12. In retaliation for "Frisco" Gardners bidding up of Estimate at Brighton Beach veslerday, Robert Tucker claimed Clements which had finished second to Estimate under the Gardner culnrs. He sent for a veterinary and had the horse examined, expressing the belief that Clements had been drugged. The matter was taken before the stewards. After hearing the vetetinarys report this afternoon, they dismissed the case, saying there was nothing to sustaiu the charge.
