JOCKEY DUFFY AS A PROMOTER. Frank Duffy, the former steeplechase jockey, is now interested in a stock farm at Dent, O., and has just perfected the organization of a stock company to build a half mile track near Cheviot, O., where it is proposed to race running and trotting horses during a short meeting each year.
