TO AGREE UPON NEW ORLEANS DATES. New York, July 12. Messrs. S. M. Heaslip, president of the City Park Jockey Club, Congressman Joseph Ij. Rhinock, of Kentucky, who is a large stockholder in the City Park track, P. A. Revaud, general manager of the Crescent City Jockey Club property and Louis A. Cella, one of the chief .stockholders in that club, will have a conference here in a day or two at which It is understood a schedule of alternating dates for the two tracks for the coming winter season will be agreed upon. Other date questions will probably bc arranged at the same time and It is altogetherlikely that a more definite peace pact, if not a unity pt the governing bodies, will grow out of this conference.
