MILLER TO RIDE AT ROCKINGHAM PARK. Salem. N. H.. July 12. Under instructions from his employer. President Andrew Miller, of the New England Breeders Club, jockey Walter Miller will come here to ride during the last week of tlie meeting at Bockingham Park. If it Is decided to start Inquisitor iu the Brighton Handicap Satuiday, Miller will not come here until Sunday. Otherwise he is expected here tomorrow. Jockey Millers health is not of the best at present and it is the belief of his employer that the air In the New Hampshire hills, combined with light work at the track, will fit him for the hard work at Saratoga.
