BREAKING GROUND FOR NEW TRACK. New York. July 10. On ground owned by the Westchester Racing Association, in the rear of Belmont Park, Queens, L. I., a steeplechase course to be used by the United Hunt and Steeplechase Association in 1907. is being laid out. A grandstand will be erected and all the appurtenances of first class steeplechasing will be ready for the United Hunts when the time comes.
