RECEIVING STABLE AT BELMONT PARK. New York, July 10. At Belmont Park there Is In course of construction, and nearly finished, a large receiving stable designed for the horses usually brought up from Sheepshead Bay on the thoroughbred express during the Belmont Park meetings. Hitherto much time has been lost at the close of a days racing- in reshlpping the Coney Island horses.
