BURGLARS ROB JUDGE HAMILTON. Mt. Sterling, Ky., August 2. Martin Seaman and, two other men are under arrest here charged with having robbed Colonel A. W. Hamilton, the racing, judge of , a split-second watch and other valuables. Colonel Hamilton has identified Seaman as the man who entered his room Tuesday night. He says Seaman put a pistol to his head and threatened to shoot him If he opened his mouth.
