WADSWORTH IS CHOSEN CHAIRMAN. Saratoga, N. Y., August 10. The new State Racing Commission appointed by Governor Hlggins, held its organization meeting In the clubhouse at the course after the races today. The three commissioners, James W. Wadsworth, II. K. Knapp and John Sanford were present. Mr. Wadsworth was chosen chairman. Welton C. Percy will continue as counsel and John Boden as secretary. August Belmont, who was chairman for ten years, paid a visit ol .courtesy and congratulated the new commission.
