JOCKEY BELL LOSES HIS LICENSE. Saratoga, N. Y., August 24. The stewards of the Jockey Club met at the clubhouse today and, acting on the recommendation of the stewards of the Brighton meeting, revoked jockey Bells license. Bell bad been suspended by the Brighton officials for a bad ride on Bobbie Keau.
